Payment terms are outlined in individual client agreements. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Boldrise Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the client agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
